Complaint on Bad Services and Bad Facility

I am writing this letter to complaint on your hotel’s bad services and bad facility provided.

Firstly, there are completely different facility and services that advertised, compared in reality.We got a tiny room with none of the promised appliance. There is only a washbasin and we had to share the sanitary installation with other parties on the same floor.

There were also no cool water for shower. Other than that, looks like there was no cleaning staff doing their job since our beds were made once during the whole of our stay.

The tourist guide included in your offer was fallen ill while we arrived, and there is no sign for a best substitution.

Complaint on Bad Attitude Students In School

I am writing this letter to complain on bad attitude students in your respective school.

Recently, my son has reported that he has been bullied by few students in your school compound. He had bruises on his body, torn shirt, and his money was taken.

On 24 July 2012 at about 3 pm, my son has been attacked by the bullist on his way back from school. Therefore, I would like to lodge a police report based on this situation.

TAZKIRAH (Prayer in CONGREGATION)

Assalamualaikum...
Here's a tazkirah or a little reminder which titled Prayer in Congregation (pray in sum of people).
Narrated by Ibn Umar, Rasulullah Sollallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam said : "Prayer in Congregation is better than the prayer of a man by himself by twenty-seven degrees." As we know from this hadith, if we go and pray in congregation no matter at Masjid, prayer room, or even in our living place, we could get 27 degrees of good deeds, better than praying alone which we will get only 1 degree of good deeds. Example, if our friend wants to give us money and there's an option whether you will choose RM1 or RM27. I am very sure that you will choose the best and the highest amount which is RM27. Am I right ? So, dont waste your time and pray alone while there are good deeds waiting for us. Go and pray in congregation wherever you are ;)

I am writing this letter to complaint about your company’s bad service in my seminar event.

On 16 December 2012, we picked your catering company service for our seminar event. We received complaints from the seminar participants which says that your caterers late to provide foods and drinks. Also they were quite messy in their work.

We also heard about the rudeness of your worker while working.On the other hand, there are bad smell of pulut and rendang in one of the evening meals.

We hope that this kind of behaviour won’t happen again next time.

I am writing this letter to enquiry the package for International Conference an Islamic Education 2013, at your main auditorium of Hotel Confidential, which participated by 250 of university students around the world, on 20 December 2012.

We are planning to use your PA Systems, LCD, electrical devices, etc. We are going to stay at your hotel for 3 days and 2 nights so we require a details and rates for at least 50 suites.

There will be breakfasts at all 3 days and a grand dinner on the second night. We hope you can prepare a good meals with an accurate quantity for 250 peoples. For the dinner, we wonder that you can prepare a big dining hall to hold that event. Don’t forget the rates.
