Enquiry on a Ground for Treasure Hunt

I am writing to enquire a ground to organise a Treasure Hunt by the English Language Club members for semester 4 students.

For your information, we are planning the treasure hunt on 20 December 2012 which involved all 100 students from semester 4 from Engineering and English courses.

In addition, this programme will be handled by our club’s leader and will be accompanied by our club’s advisor.

The objective of our event is to strength our bond between students who doesn’t even know each other. InsyaAllah.
