Complaint on Bad
Services and Bad Facility
I am writing this
letter to complaint on your hotel’s bad services and bad facility provided.
Firstly, there are completely different facility and
services that advertised, compared in reality.We got a tiny room with none of
the promised appliance. There is only a washbasin and we had to share the
sanitary installation with other parties on the same floor.
There were also no cool water for shower. Other than
that, looks like there was no cleaning staff doing their job since our beds
were made once during the whole of our stay.
The tourist guide included in your offer was fallen
ill while we arrived, and there is no sign for a best substitution.
Obviously we dissatisfied with your services and we
