Complaint on Bad Services of Catering

I am writing this letter to complaint about your company’s bad service in my seminar event.

On 16 December 2012, we picked your catering company service for our seminar event. We received complaints from the seminar participants which says that your caterers late to provide foods and drinks. Also they were quite messy in their work.

We also heard about the rudeness of your worker while working.On the other hand, there are bad smell of pulut and rendang in one of the evening meals.

We hope that this kind of behaviour won’t happen again next time.

We are looking forward to your action and judgement towards your worker.
