I am writing this letter to complaint about your company’s
bad service in my seminar event.
On 16 December 2012, we picked your catering company service
for our seminar event. We received complaints from the seminar participants
which says that your caterers late to provide foods and drinks. Also they were
quite messy in their work.
We also heard about
the rudeness of your worker while working.On the other hand, there are bad
smell of pulut and rendang in one of the evening meals.
We hope that this kind of behaviour won’t happen again next
time.

International Conference an Islamic Education 2013, at your main auditorium of
Hotel Confidential, which participated by 250 of university students around the
world, on 20 December 2012.
We are planning to use your PA Systems, LCD,
electrical devices, etc. We are going to stay at your hotel for 3 days and 2
nights so we require a details and rates for at least 50 suites.
There will be breakfasts at all 3 days and a grand
dinner on the second night. We hope you can prepare a good meals with an
accurate quantity for 250 peoples. For the dinner, we wonder that you can
prepare a big dining hall to hold that event. Don’t forget the rates.
